At the dinner, CCRPA president and Real Estate Foundation chairman Steven Sun (Sun Zhifeng) delivered welcoming remarks, thanking government departments, the community, exhibiting companies, co-organizing chambers of commerce, partners and the volunteer team.

He said the success of this year’s expo would not have been possible without the trust and support of all parties, and that it demonstrated the association’s strength as a platform for exchange and cooperation in real estate and related industries.

Sun also announced that exhibitor recruitment for the 9th CCRPA Real Estate Expo in 2027 is now officially under way. The organizers plan to invite 250 to 300 companies to exhibit, further expanding the scale of the show and giving companies in real estate and related industries a platform to showcase their brands, expand their business and build partnerships.

Under the preliminary recruitment arrangements, companies that exhibited this year and co-organizing chambers of commerce will have priority in booking booths; with the organizers’ approval, two companies may also share a single booth. The remaining booths are to be offered to the public in November, with the aim of completing exhibitor recruitment before the end of the year.

That evening, Casa Imperial served guests a seafood buffet and hosted several rounds of lucky draws. Prizes included an iPhone 18 Pro Max, a seafood package worth C$1,880, 100 VIP cards and a camping experience donated by Adelaide Starry Sky House.

CAN Security won the iPhone grand prize and Zhaobang International (Tradedexus Group) took the seafood package, drawing an enthusiastic response from the room.

CCRPA also expressed its thanks to Casa Imperial, Adelaide Starry Sky House, solar company POLARON and other sponsorship partners.

CCRPA said the success of the 8th expo was the result of joint efforts by the association, exhibiting companies, co-organizing chambers of commerce, sponsorship partners, the volunteer team and the wider community. Going forward, the association will continue to bring together resources in real estate and related industries, deepen cross-industry cooperation and create more opportunities for exchange and development for member companies and industry partners.

With exhibitor recruitment for the 9th expo in 2027 now officially launched, CCRPA looks forward to working with more companies and partners to further expand the show and strengthen its influence in the industry.
