加中地产投资总商会隆重发布2019顶尖经纪及地产院士

                                凝聚共识 共同抗疫

虽然新冠疫情阻挡了加中地产投资总商会CCRPA原计划于4月26日在多伦多希尔顿酒店举行的一年一度《2020年加中地产投资总商会（CCRPA）新春GALA暨顶尖经纪及地产院士颁奖慈善晚宴》，但在此艰难的时刻地产总商会不但要遵循传统，表彰祝贺2019年的优秀地产从业人员，更是要为我们的地产业界同仁打气扬威。

加中地产投资总商会（CCRPA）自2006年成立以来，在加中两国各级政要，商界名流，地产、金融、房贷、保险、律师、会计、开发、建筑、设计及原材料供应等行业专业人士，社区社团领袖的大力支持下，在全体会员的共同努力下，商会取得了巨大的发展。并在2019年10月成功举办了盛况空前的第三届加中房地产家居博览会（房博会）和第二届加中房地产高峰论坛（高峰会）。

 

 

加中地产投资总商会现拥有数百家地产及相关行业公司的团体会员，近10,000名地产个人会员，是加拿大华裔地产行业中最大的组织和平台，协会成员主要分布在加拿大的三个主要大城市 (多伦多，蒙特利尔，温哥华)，同时也汇集了与地产相关的各个行业的精英。

商会的工作重点是为数百家公司团体会员及近万名会员提供服务，例如会员内部交流，Exclusive 独家代理，Commercial商业楼盘，Pre-construction 楼花转让，房屋保险，知识讲座，业务培训，Group Shopping 会员团购等务实的服务。

而每年一届地产总商会CCRPA的年度颁奖晚宴GALA更是加拿大华裔社区规模最大，质量最高的标志性活动之一，每年都会给社会社区带来无限惊喜，连同每年一届的房地产博览会，使地产总商会CCRPA已经成为加拿大国语社区规模最大，影响力最高的专业协会之一。

 

往年的颁奖晚宴GALA除了商会的数百名地产相关公司会员，顶尖经纪和地产院士之外；还邀请加国地产界的三级政府要员，多家地产开发商，建筑商和材料供应商及金融公司参加晚宴，为地产公司，金融公司，开发商，建筑商，材料供应商及地产相应服务商等搭建交流与合作商务平台。

今年虽然疫情施虐，可表彰杰出地产经纪们的颁奖不能停止！

今年的顶尖经纪Top Producer颁奖同样基于商会提倡的十六字方针：“相互尊重，求同存异，公平竞争，共同发展”的理念，经加中地产投资总商会的各会员公司推荐候选人，由商会执行委员会审核批准，特在大多伦多地区华裔背景的地产从业人员中评选出41名2019年业绩突出品德优良的地产经纪Top Producer。 此外2019年地产总商会CCRPA与加拿大地产学院REIC联合培养了21名加拿大地产院士FRI (Fellow of Real Estate Institute of Canada)。这些精英中的精英为加拿大华人地产界注入了高质量的优秀地产人才！
